My favorite Larry Norman album

I'm so glad my mom remembered this song when I asked, I couldn't remember it. This was my favorite childhood song. I sang it at my 8th grade talent show, I kinda understood it then. But it hits so different now. Running out of time, gotta get as many folks on that ark as fast as we can. Even so, come Lord Jesus! ❤🙏

If you preach the true word of Jesus and people dont like it. You're called a radical. I don't belong to a church with a fancyname for its parishioners. Jesus Christ is the way, and he calls us to follow Him. It won't be easy, but the Bible never said It would be. But Jesus walks with you all the way. Thank you Lord.

Larry Norman was rejected, but it was a blessing because Jesus was rejected. So if you love the Lord Jesus and get rejected,don't feel dejected be your not alone. Jesus knows what you are feeling. He is God the with the Father and Holy Spirit.

Larry Norman wrote a few Christian songs all gems. Praise God for the lyrics of such meaningful songs. May they bless people who hear them and listen to the lyrics.

Glad to see a new fan! I am sixty years old. I have loved this album since I was a teenager. Larry is on point with all his songs. I am fortunate to have seen him in concert. Amazing individual who loves Christ.

Oh yes, all his sins are being magnified by some people who knew him. Can he answer that, no. No one is without sin, not even Larry Norman. But it does seem like his message is being undermined in a dirty way by these kinds of people

I had this on Larry's "Upon This Rock" album. Larry single-handedly invented Christian rock, as well as the iconic "One Way" hand sign. The story goes when he was having a concert, the crowd cheered so much for him, Larry pointed up to heaven, meaning "Give glory to God", but the crowd took it to mean "One Way", meaning only one way to heaven and that's Jesus. I got saved back during the Jesus Movement of the late 60s-early 70s, and let me tell you, the last 52 years have been quite a ride!

In acoustics, heterodynes are called beats. For example, when two slightly out-of-tune notes are played together, a slow vibration or beating is heard. The frequency of these beats is equal to the difference in frequency between the two notes. Learned this today from Larry Norman. He has increased my vocabulary, as well as my love for his music.
